My Story
THE WOMAN YOU SEE TODAY WASN’T ALWAYS THIS WAY

The confident woman you see today — speaking on stages, guiding thousands, holding space for women’s deepest pain and highest potential — wasn’t always this way.
Once upon a time, I was the quietest girl in the room.
The one who didn’t raise her hand in class… even when she knew the answer.
Not because I didn’t know — but because the fear of being judged was louder than my own voice. And that fear… it followed me everywhere.
I remember this one moment like it was yesterday.
I was in Modern High School in Kolkata, and a dance competition was coming up. One of the biggest school events of the year. I was so excited. I had practiced for days at home — spinning and twirling in front of the mirror with the kind of joy only a child can feel.
Dancing made me feel alive. Free. Like I could fly.
The day of the audition came.
I stood at the entrance of the school auditorium — music playing inside, girls dancing with all eyes on them. And suddenly… I froze.
My heart pounded. My palms turned cold. What if I forgot the steps? What if they laughed?
And so, I turned around…
And walked away from something I loved.
Not because I wasn’t ready — but because fear told me I wasn’t enough.
That one moment?
It became a pattern. A program.
Every time my soul lit up with a dream… that same fear would pull me back into my shell.
What I didn’t realize then was that my mind had been conditioned — subtly, silently — to choose safety over self-expression. Approval over authenticity. Silence over power.
It started young.
THE QUIET GIRL WHO DREAMED OF MORE
I grew up in a home filled with love and comfort. My family gave me everything — a good education, travel, freedom, stability. But inside that bubble, I often felt like a misfit. Like I didn’t belong in the bold, outspoken world around me.

One memory that still echoes in my heart is from a trip to Switzerland. I was eight. My nanny, who usually helped me with everything, wasn’t with us. And I didn’t know how to fold my clothes… or even tie my shoelaces properly.
My family found it funny.
They laughed.
“You’re useless,” someone joked.
But I didn’t laugh.
I stood there — red-faced, embarrassed, burning with shame.
And in that moment, a tiny voice inside me whispered something I would carry for years:
“I’m not capable.”
It’s strange how a single sentence, spoken without thought, can become a lifetime of belief.
That moment, and others like it, planted seeds of self-doubt deep inside me.
Moments when I chose not to speak.
Not to try.
Not to fail — even if it meant not succeeding either.
Looking back, I now understand something powerful:
Fear only has power if you let it.
But when you’re a little girl just trying to be loved and seen… fear feels like truth.
And so began the long journey — from shrinking myself to slowly remembering who I really was.
CHASING APPROVAL: THE JOURNEY OF PROVING MYSELF

For most of my early adult life, I was running.
Running after validation.
After praise.
After the nod of approval that said, “You are worthy now.”
I chose finance as a career — not because it lit me up…
…but because it looked impressive.
CFA. Chartered Financial Analyst.
A title people respected.
I worked hard. Burned the midnight oil. And passed all my exams in one go.
Everyone was proud.
I was “successful.”
Except — I wasn’t.
Because the numbers I worked with… never spoke to my soul.
The spreadsheets didn’t spark joy.
But I didn’t know how to say it out loud.
I didn’t know how to say, “This isn’t me.”
Because I had never been taught how to listen to my heart.
All I knew was how to chase what looked good.
Even if it didn’t feel good.
WATCHING MY MOTHER: A SILENT PROMISE
In our large joint family, my mother was the backbone — always on her feet, always serving, always giving.
From morning to night, she was in motion. Cooking. Resolving disputes. Keeping peace.
She never rested. Never complained.
And never — not once — asked for anything for herself.
She didn’t know how to say no.
Even when it hurt. Even when it cost her joy, energy, and dreams I’ll never know if she had.
I used to watch her and wonder…
Did she ever want more? Did she ever think about who she could’ve been, if she wasn’t always being something for everyone else?
And somewhere, in the quiet of those observations, I made a promise to myself:
I will not live like this.
I will create a life where I’m not just needed… but valued.
Not just loved… but respected.
I’ll build something big. Something the world cannot ignore.
But life has a way of testing the very promises we make.
Years later, after marriage… I looked in the mirror and saw her reflection in me.
I had become the very woman I vowed not to be.
Pleasing everyone. Proving myself. Pouring from an empty cup.
Saying yes, even when my soul screamed no.
And somewhere in that slow erosion… I lost the fierce, ambitious girl I once was.
The one who dreamt. The one who dared.
But losing her… also gave me a reason to find her again.
MARRIAGE: A NEW CHAPTER, A NEW SET OF CHAINS

Marriage changed everything.
In a single moment, my world shifted.
From being me… to becoming a daughter-in-law, a wife, a woman in a joint family with invisible expectations stitched into every word, every ritual, every role.
I tried to find my way.
I sold jewelry. I taught Montessori. I explored small dreams, whispered hopes.
But each time I took a step forward, guilt pulled me two steps back.
“What about the family?”
“How can you be so selfish?”
“You have a child to care for now.”
And I believed them.
Because somewhere in me, I still needed permission to live life on my terms.
So I stopped trying.
Stopped dreaming.
And started shrinking.
But energy doesn’t stay silent for long.
What I repressed emotionally… began expressing itself physically.
Breathlessness.
Tightness in my chest.
Panic attacks that turned into a diagnosis: acute asthma.
I had never been an asthmatic. But now… my body was gasping for the freedom my soul had lost.
And that was my first wake-up call.
That the cost of self-abandonment… is always too high.
THE NIGHT I ALMOST LOST EVERYTHING

The night my second child was born… I came face-to-face with death.
It was supposed to be a simple C-section.
We had planned everything. The doctors were ready. The hospital room was prepped.
But sometimes… life doesn’t follow your plan.
It follows your soul’s destiny.
As they wheeled me into the operating theatre, something shifted.
My chest tightened. My breathing grew shallow.
Panic surged through my body.
I was having a massive asthma attack — right there on the operation table.
Machines beeped. Doctors shouted.
And in those few moments, I felt my life slipping through my fingers.
My body was numb… but my soul was awake.
I could feel the weight of everything I hadn’t lived.
Everything I had pushed down.
Every dream I had shelved… for “someday.”
But then… I heard him.
The softest cry. The first breath of my son, Shivansh.
They placed him in my arms.
Tiny. Fragile. Pure.
And as his eyes met mine… something cracked open.
I didn’t see a baby looking at his mother.
I saw my mirror.
It was as if he was silently asking me,
“What have you done with your life, Ma?”
And more importantly…
“What will you do now?”
In that moment, I made a vow.
No more shrinking. No more silence. No more delay.
I would rise.
Not just for me.
But for him.
To show him what it means to live a life of Freedom. Harmony. And Growth.
Because that’s what he deserved.
And that’s what I had to become.
FINDING PURPOSE: FROM HOMEMAKER TO HEALER

After Shivansh was born, something in me had shifted permanently.
I couldn’t go back to who I was —
The woman who played small. Who waited for permission.
I had been given a second chance… and I was ready to use it.
But this time, I wasn’t seeking success.
I was seeking meaning.
Alignment. Peace. Purpose.
I joined a spiritual organization — not out of religion, but from a deep desire to serve.
To dissolve my ego… and find what remained underneath.
And on that path… I discovered something I never knew I had:
The ability to connect.
To hold space.
To feel someone’s pain… even when they had no words for it.
Strangers would open up to me.
Women would cry in front of me.
And every time I sat with them — truly sat — something inside me would whisper,
“This is it. This is what you were born to do.”
So I decided to honour that voice.
I went back to studying.
I pursued my Master’s in Psychology.
I trained as a counselor.
I studied the science of human behaviour, trauma, healing, and emotion.
But I didn’t stop there.
I knew I needed guidance from the world’s best.
So I learnt from Blair Singer, who taught me the power of voice and energy.
From Jack Canfield, who helped me understand the principles of success and self-worth.
From Dr. John Demartini, who showed me the patterns of human behaviour and the science of values.
And so many more mentors who became mirrors, catalysts, and anchors on my journey.
Every book I read, every training I attended, every sleepless night spent journaling or meditating —
It was all leading me home.
To the woman I was always meant to be.
Balancing it all — motherhood, family, studies, my inner work — wasn’t easy.
But for the first time in my life… I felt alive.
I wasn’t surviving.
I was becoming.
Because behind every woman who says “I’m fine”…
There’s a hidden ache. A silent scream. A soul waiting to be seen.
And I knew — I wanted to be the one who saw her.
The one who whispered,
“You don’t have to carry this alone anymore. I see you. I’m with you. And we rise — together.”
THE POWER OF ENERGY FREQUENCY & SPIRITUALITY

There’s one truth that changed everything for me.
Your Energy Frequency shapes your entire life.
Your thoughts.
Your beliefs.
Your emotions.
They’re not invisible.
They’re vibrations — constantly creating your reality.
When you operate from fear, guilt, shame — you attract more of that.
But when you shift into courage, clarity, and worthiness…
You start manifesting magic.
It was no longer just theory for me. It was science.
It was spirituality.
It was real.
One day, my mentor Blair Singer said to me:
“The person with the highest energy always wins.”
That line didn’t just stay with me.
It became the foundation of everything I teach today.
Because when a woman raises her energy frequency…
She doesn’t just change her mood.
She changes her destiny.
I began anchoring myself in deep spiritual truths.
“Aham Brahmasmi” — I am That. I am the Source.
Not separate from the Creator, but one with it.
And if I am the Source…
Then I have the power to create anything.
This is the sacred wisdom that became the soul of my work.
It’s not about fixing your life from the outside.
It’s about realigning your energy from within.
And when that happens…
You don’t chase your desires.
You attract them. Effortlessly. Elegantly. Powerfully.
THE BIRTH OF THE ENERGY QUEENS HUB

With every story, every struggle, and every shift… the vision was becoming clearer.
I wasn’t just healing myself anymore.
I was being prepared to lead a movement.
A movement for women who had been quiet for too long.
Who had put others first for too long.
Who had forgotten who they are… for too long.
And so — the Energy Queens Hub was born.
It didn’t start with big plans or a business model.
It started with a deep desire in my heart:
To create a sacred space where women could remember their worth, raise their energy, and reclaim their lives.
A place where pain was met with compassion.
Where healing wasn’t just talked about — it was lived.
Where women didn’t compete… they rose together.
We began with a few women. A few stories. A few shifts.
But energy has a ripple effect.
And soon, what began as a spark became a wildfire of transformation.
Today, the Energy Queens Hub has touched the lives of over 200,000 women across 15+ countries.
Through workshops. Programs. Retreats. Circles.
Through tears. Laughter. Breakthroughs. And breakthroughs. And breakthroughs.
And yet — we’re just getting started.
Because the Energy Queen life… isn’t just about goals.
It’s about being fully, unapologetically YOU.
And living on your own energetic terms.
MY MISSION

This isn’t just a business.
It’s not a career.
It’s my calling.
I am on a mission to help women create Freedom. Harmony. Growth.
In every area of their life — Money. Relationships. Health. Purpose.
So they don’t just survive…
They radiate.
So they don’t just settle…
They soar.
So they don’t just hope…
They manifest.
Because here’s the truth I live by:
“Once a woman decides… she can achieve anything.”
And when a woman aligns her energy with that decision…
She doesn’t just change her life.
She changes generations.
Together, we are building the world’s largest army of Energy Queens —
Awakened. Activated. Aligned.
And ready to lead with love, light, and power.
A MESSAGE TO YOU
If you’re still reading this…
Then maybe — just maybe — this isn’t a coincidence.
Maybe your soul brought you here.
Because something inside you is done waiting.
Done hiding.
Done settling for less than what you deserve.
And I want you to know —
I see you.
I hear the quiet ache beneath your smile.
I recognize the weight you’ve been carrying for years.
And I want you to feel this with every cell in your being:
✨ You are not broken. You are becoming.
✨ You are not behind. You are right on time.
✨ You are not alone. You have a sisterhood now.
“You have the power to change your life.
You deserve to be the Queen of your life.
Not just any Queen — an Energy Queen.”
So take a deep breath.
And take the first step.
Welcome to the Energy Queens Hub.
Welcome home.
